目前主要从事关注:1)蛋白组数据开发新型生物信息学分析方法(已开发DDPNA R package用于探寻疾病关键蛋白调控网络)和基于蛋白组学的阿尔茨海默病等神经精神疾病的发病机制研究;2)利用多组学数据探究遗传信号与基因调控和环境之间的关系。
